So we had the new missionary meeting this tuesday and that was so great. Really, like President Jardine is just so amazing, and I even like all of our APs, haha we have 3 now. And I just really feel like President Jardine is so inspired and really loves us. So that was awesome.
The other thing is that our investigators will be getting married May 9th, and then baptized on May 16th. I'm so excited!! I can't believe it, they're so amazing. We're about to teach them tithing this week so hopefully they take that like everything else and are totally chill and willing to do it haha.
And then the tastiest thing of this week was the elote, and the mango something. It's chili sauce and ice and mango slices in mango juice. So good, but so weird. My mouth was like YEAH and my stomach was like what is this? But the elote, holy freak. I love it. Me and skeletor would be bffs.
Um so our cars have TeeWees now those little boxes that yell at you and record stuff, and generally they're fine. Like they don't sense much. But today since my comp was gone I got to drive our car and we were on the freeway, and it yelled at me :( check your speed. hahaha no surprise there, #newyorkdriverforlife.
Otherwise it's been awesome. The Maldonados haven't come to church yet, but hopefully they'll get there this week.
Also there are turkeys everywhere in Sacramento and Rancho. They just run across the 6 lane road into the parking lot of another building, and everyone's like oh nbd. turkeys. hahaha, this guy was on our way to a park for a service project though, so he was hopefully happy in his natural environment.
Shout out to Sister Collyer I will write you back. And the rest of the Greene branch. I promise. Sorry I'm lame haha
I love you all!!!!! Everyone go out with the missionaries! Member presence is so important, for real, we only had one this week, and we could tell hahaha. The missionaries will love you forever. Do it ;)
Have a great week!!
